Need to confront Iran’s aggression and occupation in the Middle East
The European Iraqi Freedom Association (EIFA) expresses its support for the newly formed coalition to confront the occupation of Yemen by agents of the Iranian regime. EIFA reiterates that Tehran is the source of exporting terrorism, fundamentalism and extremism. The international community and the countries in the region must unite to evict this regime from the Middle East.
Iraq: The brutal murder of tribal leader Sheikh Qassem Sweidan al-Janabi, his son and nine bodyguards by Shiia militias affiliated to Iranian Regime
The European Iraqi Freedom Association (EIFA) strongly condemns the brutal murder of prominent Sunni tribal leader, Sheikh Qasim Sweidan al-Janabi, whose body, along with those of his son and nine bodyguards, was found dumped near a bridge in Baghdad. They were killed by gunmen after their convoy was ambushed in Baghdad.

Iraq: Humanitarian crisis created by Iranian regime
Numerous reports on the humanitarian crisis in Iraq issued by international organizations, such as Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch etc., clearly show that the destructive role of Iran has to be dealt with immediately. The foremost and key step in resolving this is to evict the Iranian regime, the Qods Force and its so-called Shiite militias from Iraq.

We are shocked at the reports of ethnic cleansing and genocide, forced migration, burning of mosques and homes of Sunnis in various regions of Iraq, especially in Diyala province, by the brutal Shiite militias affiliated with the terrorist Iranian Qods Force, sometimes assisted by Iraqi military personnel.

As the Iraq conflict continues, Iran continues to do whatever it takes to achieve its objectives in the region. The increasing numbers of Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) and their military activities in Iraq reveal the horrendous scale of the Iranian regime’s meddling. The recent death of IRGC commander, Hamid Taqavi, in the Iraqi city of Samarra as well as the presence of the terrorist Quds force commander Qasem Soleimani among others, are distressing signs of Tehran’s interference.
